Shipping & Returns

Shipping and Delivery:

Items in stock are shipped out the same day or next day through the United States Postal Service (USPS). We use priority shipping for all orders and it generally takes less than 4 days to receive your product. Custom built items or items not in stock can take up to 14 days before they are shipped.

International:

International shipping is available. Please contact us at (270) 717-1120 for a shipping quote.

Returns:

Superior LED stands behind the quality of our products. We offer a ten (10) day return policy from the delivery date of your products. There will be a 10% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. Any product that is not returned within 10 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for refund.

In order to receive a refund on returned merchandise the items must be 100% complete and returned in their original box with no damage. Feniex items must be in original bag & unopened. Returns that appear to have been installed, damaged or altered in any way will not be eligible for a refund. All items must be well packed and insured. We are not responsible for damage done to returned items. Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow up to 14 days to process refunds.

Buyer always pays return shipping unless item is dead on arrival. If item is DOA then buyer must return it in original box and submit a copy of the receipt. Only exact shipping charges will be refunded
